Colibry Mail is operated for its owner's personal use. It is not offered to the public.
When you connect a Google account, Colibry Mail uses the Gmail API to read your messages and labels, change labels (read, archive, trash, spam) and send mail you write. It reads your account email address to identify the connection.
Messages, attachments and labels are stored in the service's private database and storage so they can be shown in your apps and searched. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never leave the service.
Your data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. It is used only to provide the mail features you use. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting the account deletes its stored mail and tokens. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
